Shipping Policy
Same-day pick-up
Orders placed before 10:00 are ready for pick-up after 13:00 the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 are ready the following day from 8:00. Please bring your order confirmation. We hold items until 19:00 on the pick-up day.
Local delivery (Nagoya city)
We deliver within Naka-ku, Higashi-ku, and Chikusa-ku on the same day for orders placed before 9:00. Delivery runs between 13:00 and 17:00. A delivery fee of ¥500 applies; orders over ¥3,500 qualify for free delivery. For other wards within Nagoya, next-day delivery is available with a ¥800 fee.
No shipping outside Nagoya
We do not ship cakes or breads outside Nagoya city. Everything is baked fresh daily with no preservatives, and we cannot guarantee quality after extended transit. We appreciate your understanding.
Special occasion orders
For birthday cakes and large orders, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance. Custom decorations require 3–5 days' notice. We will contact you to confirm the details before baking.
