Freshness guarantee
We stand behind everything we bake. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your item upon pick-up or delivery, please let us know immediately. We will offer a replacement of equal value or a full refund — your choice.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if we receive your request at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund, as ingredients will already have been prepared.
Incorrect or damaged items
If you receive the wrong item, or if anything arrives damaged, please contact us within the same day with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How to request a refund
Visit us in store with your order confirmation, or call us at the bakery during opening hours. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
